Cadre looks for excuses: Considers air quality: Torch Smiles



The IOC discovers the Beijing is a stew of bad air and bad leadership. When does it become clear that the air is China is only as clear as the future of the cadre. The Torch only can burn in this junk. China is leaderless. The cadre is the poison.


Rogge admits Beijing air concern
Beijing is taking measures to improve air quality
Olympic chief Jacques Rogge concedes that air pollution may now be an issue for athletes' health in Beijing during the 2008 Games.
Rogge earlier denied fears over pollution, but has now suggested that certain events of more than one hour could be exacerbated by the weather.
"We will see the weather, we may have to postpone some events," he admitted....
